You can report an incident using the Anonymous Reporting Hotline. By default, reports are anonymous and handled by a third-party before referral back to the relevant department at Harvard. You can also learn more about the reporting hotline here.
For incidents specifically related to sexual- or gender-based harassment, you can anonymously report this to the Harvard Title IX office through the disclosure form or non-anonymously contact the Title IX Resource Coordinators for Harvard Medical School: Keri Godin (for faculty), Mark Addison (for students), and José Martinez (for staff and post-docs).
